General Guidelines for Accommodation
- Accommodation facilities are offered at IIT Roorkee hostels and guest houses for a limited number of participants on a payment and first-come, first-served basis. To submit your accommodation preferences, please fill in the google form here: Click here
- Accommodation will be available from October 18, 2024 (check-in) until October 21, 2024 (check-out). No accommodation will be provided outside of these dates.
- The form asks for registration receipt. Hence, each person seeking accommodation has to register and pay individually. No person can fill in form on behalf of someone else. Accommodation is available only for registered participants.
- The accommodation facility comprises of hostel guest rooms and institute guest houses (limited bookings available).

- Please note that participants cannot book accommodations within the campus directly. Arrangements for accommodations within the campus will be made exclusively by the symposium organizing committee.
